Youth NOW Student Center

Youth NOW offers drop in homework help, tutoring in Math, Science and English and a computer lab.  They are open Monday-Thursday from 1:30-5:30 at 31 Carr Street.  Check out Youth Now for more information.

Seniors - It is on! Cabrillo Running Start has Started!

Cabrillo Running Start Registration is your Ticket to Cabrillo College
and it is starting EARLY this year. 

Step 1: Submit  INTENT TO PARTICIPATE (Link) in Cabrillo Running Start.

Submit the online Running Start intent form at least two weeks prior to your assessment test. No matter what date you assess for Running Start, you must complete the Intent to Participate in Running Start form in order to participate. 

Step 2: Complete the ON-LINE ORIENTATION (Link)

Complete your Cabrillo College on line orientation Orientation at least one day prior to assessment.  Print your certificate of completion and take it with you to your assessment test. You can also take a screen shot of the certificate displaying your name and present this on your mobile device.

Step 3: Attend a Cabrillo Assessment

Use the FAFSA4Caster to estimate your eligibility for federal student aid.

If you are applying to a private university, you may need to apply for the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE.

Remember to allow for at least two weeks when requesting a letter of recommendation.  Make an appointment with your recommender and provide a brag sheet or resume.
